Andres Raul Lopez is a Law Clerk, Research Assistant & Political Analyst at Jorge Luis Lopez Law Firm.
Andres Raul Lopez received his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University College of Law. While in law school he served as the Symposium Editor of the Intercultural Human Rights Law Review. In 2022 he was published in Volume 17 of the Intercultural Human Rights Law Review for his work on the Symposia “The Death Penalty a Violation of human Dignity?”
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Lopez was an Intern-Adviser for the Permanent Observer Mission of the Holy See to the United Nations in UN HQ in New York, New York. After the completion of his work, Mr. Lopez received the title of “Expert” from the Permanent Observer Mission of the Holy See to the United Nations in the fields of Security Council, 1st Committee, and 4th Committee.
In May 2017, Mr. Lopez received two bachelor’s degrees, one in Political Science and the other in International Relations, from Florida International University.
Mr. Lopez has also volunteered in political campaigns for recognized public servants such as President Trump, Governor DeSantis, Senator Rick Scott, Senator Marco Rubio, Ileana Ros-Lehtinen, and Rebeca Sosa, among others. He aspires to become an attorney and continue his family’s legacy in the law practice.
